Booking Process
At Musical Occasions we specialize in providing music for weddings, corporate events and any type of special event that you can think of. We recognize that each person may have different goals for their event, so we offer a clear and concise booking process to meet those objectives.
Step 1: Consultation by Email or Phone
The goal of the consultation is to establish a comfortable relationship and to find out what type of event you are having, your budget, your vision and then determining the best style of music that we can organize for your special occasion.
Step 2: Music Sampling
The goal is for you to actively listen to samples of music played by the artists that fit the style of music you envision for your event. Please visit the Music section of our web site to listen to audio samples or view video demos of our musicians.
Step 3: Availability
Once you have chosen the style of music and/or the artists that you would like to have play at your event, we determine if they are available. If they are not, we will provide you with more choices to choose from.
Step 4: Customization
This step is only necessary if you would like to choose your own personalized wedding ceremony music. We can easily guide you through this process via email or on the phone. We recommend that you leave the majority of the song selections to the professionals. It is best if you choose only your own processionals, signing and recessional selections.
Step 5: Booking
You will receive a contract with all the details in writing. No surprises!
Step 6: We Take Care Of The Rest
You will be able to relax knowing that the musicians who will play at your special occasion will be there early to set-up and ensure your musical experience is everything you dreamed it would be.
